HNE was founded in April 2011 in Hanoi by lecturers, researchers and young engineers from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. We started in energy R&D, then moved to where plants needed us most: training their people and fixing their systems.
Dr.-Ing. Do Manh Cuong
Co-founder and Deputy Director, HNE
Cuong has spent 26 years in automation and energy and has worked in more than 100 industrial plants. He has trained around 3,000 engineers, supervised 20 master's students and one PhD, and has led projects on DCS, PLC, medium-voltage drives, UPS systems and Industry 4.0 for power, cement, mining and manufacturing companies.
